The Institute for Education in International Media has been taking students abroad since 2001. Our programs focus on media production where students produce portfolio material for multimedia, digital media, websites, magazines and more.

Our Destinations
Choose from among several desirable locations and pick up practical, hands-on skills while learning from award-winning professional instructors. The focus of our work is to achieve authentic exchanges with peoples in other cultures and telling their stories using learned skills in Communication.
Academic Credit

Academic credit may be available through your home university, academic partner or through ieiMedia’s partner, University of Jamestown in North Dakota. These are upper division Communication credits which are transferable and may be accepted for journalism elective credit by your college or university.
