If you are ready to submit an application, respond “Yes” to the question “Are you ready to submit your Application?” at the bottom of the form.  Additional questions will appear for the application.

Once you’ve submitted the form, you will be directed to the detailed instructions to follow to complete your application which includes;

1. Paying the $50 application fee.
2. Obtaining two references (professors, student media advisers or work supervisors) using our Reference Form.

 
If you responded “No” because you are not ready to apply, you can return to this form  later to change your response to “Yes” and resubmit when you are ready to join us!

Whether you have come to a decision to apply to a project or need to change other information previously provided, you can use this same form to update your responses.  When filling out the form, use the same name, phone number and email address you used previously. We’ll match your new responses with your earlier submission.
