There are several types of payments to make during the enrollment processes.  Payment deadlines and amounts are detailed below. 

The application fee is non refundable except for certain conditions.  Learn more at our page describing the Payment, Cancelation and Refund Policy.  Contact admissions@ieimedia.com for more questions regarding the application fee.

Please note that there may be a qualifier to receive an ieiMedia Grant or Scholarship based on the admitted applicant’s ability to submit one or more deposits within a specific time frame. The details of any grant or scholarship would indicate if there was specific deposit deadline applicable for being awarded the funds. For more information, contact admissions@ieimedia.com.

ieiMedia Application Fee: The Application Fee for all summer Projects is $50.  Once the application fee is submitted, you’re application will be processed within 2 weeks of submitting all requested information. This fee is nonrefundable. 

First Deposit: Students are required to pay the First Deposit of $1000 within 2 weeks of the date the Acceptance Letter email is sent for all summer projects. 

Second Deposit: Students are required to make their Second Deposit of $1000 by January 15 for all summer projects. A combination of ieiMedia Project Deposit 1 and Deposit 2 must be paid within two weeks of receiving an Acceptance Letter email if admitted after January 1. 

Additional and Final Payments:  Payments for any specific amount are accepted at any time for enrolled students.  This link can also be used for the other payments if there are any issues making your submission.  The Final Payment is to be made by April 15.
