Get up to $5,000 to Study Abroad

The Gilman Program and Gilman McCain scholarships award up to $5,000 to Pell Grant recipients and military family students. The upcoming deadline is October 1, 2026 for both the Gilman and Gilman-McCain scholarships.

The Benjamin J. Gilman International Scholarship Program for Pell Grant recipients has been awarded to more than 34,000 U.S. undergraduates in the past 20 years.
The Gilman-McCain Scholarship is for undergraduate children and spousal dependents of active or activated U.S. military personnel to study or intern abroad on credit-bearing programs. Applicants must have been awarded one of the Title IV Federal Student Aid Programs.

Transcripts
University advisor certification
