ieiMedia would like invite Loyola Marymount University students and alumni inspired global storytellers to join any of our summer 2025 projects with an ieiMedia Travel Grant that can save you up to $1,000 on project Tuition or $1,250 for applicants of LMU’s Travel Grant Program to Cagli 2025. ieiMedia Travel Grant for LMU

Any LMU student or alum who would like to join an ieiMedia 2025 project will receive an ieiMedia Travel Grant upon acceptance. The ieiMedia Travel Grant 2025 for LMU includes funds to reduce the tuition by the amount listed below for the 2025 ieiMedia Projects. Each project has a different grant offering and they all include a waiver for the $50 application fee. The grant is awarded for use towards payment of the tuition and is contingent upon available capacity to enroll the student in the project this late in the season.

HINT: While some projects may be filled or more difficult to add capacity, the Cagli Project 2025 has the greatest potential to take additional students due to the flexibility of the housing we have arranged for this location. Plus, you can save the most on our FOUR week program!

ieiMedia Applicant Grant

(for applicants to the "Travel Grant Program to Cagli")

For those who applied for the Travel Grant Program to Cagli for 2025, we will also provide an additional $250 Grant on top of the ieiMedia Travel Grant for LMU (described above) for those applicants who were not awarded the Travel Grant to Cagli.

How to apply

Fill out the Get Started form and indicate you heard about ieiMedia through the LMU Travel Grant Program. You will automatically be awarded the applicable grants should capacity be secured for your project. Any qualifying ieiMedia Grant described above will automatically be deducted from the tuition balance. You enrollment will be secured after two steps are complete: 1) a deposit of $1,400 is made to secure your housing and 2) the housing is available to add you to the project.

Refund Policy for ieiMedia Grant Applicants

We will request information on capacity once the $1,400 deposit is made. If it is not possible to secure housing for applicant, the project enrollment will be closed and the student will have several options, including receiving a FULL refund of all payments made for that project as defined in the policy here. Note that once your placement in the program is secured, the payment is no longer refundable.

Tuition Payments

The remaining balance of the tuition is to be paid by April 30th, 2025, which is extended 30 days from our project payment schedule defined here. Consideration for payment plans for enrolled students can be discussed by requesting for tuition payment assistance via email to admissions@ieimedia.com. Since capacity is limited, if ieiMedia is not able to secure a spot for you, the options of selecting a different program or being provided a FULL REFUND will be available to you. Once $1400 of the full amount is paid, we will attempt to secure your spot.
