ieiMedia invites inspired global storytellers of Montclair State University students and alumni to join our Bologna Project through the Early Application ieiMedia Travel Grant. To be eligible, students must;
- Apply and pay the application fee of $50 prior to October 31st.
- Make an accelerated downpayment for $1400 by Nov. 14th. This will fulfill the requirements of the first two payments listed under the Costs and Payment Schedule.

You will automatically be awarded the applicable grants if you meet the application requirements and if the capacity is secured for you to attend the project. The qualifying ieiMedia Grant described above will automatically be deducted from the tuition balance.

- Paying the $50 application fee.
- Obtaining two references (professors, student media advisers or work supervisors) using our Reference Form.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Our application deadline is February 1. We will accept applications for summer 2027 as long as spots remain available. ENROLLMENT CAPACITY AND WAITLISTS: ieiMedia projects have a defined capacity limitation for applicants. Since there is a limited number of applicants who can attend, you can only be guaranteed a spot when you (1) have paid your Application Fee and (2) made payments on time according to the Costs and Payment Schedule. If a program has reached capacity OR you have not met the requirements for enrollments, you will be placed on the waitlist until requirements are met and capacity is available.
