Beth Hoffman

Beth Hoffman is an Assistant Professor in Media Studies at the University of San Francisco, where she teaches journalism, audio production and food media. She has reported on food and agriculture for more than 20 years, airing on NPR, The World, Latino USA and Living on Earth. She has a master’s degree from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism and has completed several documentary projects, including a year cooking with immigrant women in their homes and telling their stories. She blogged for Forbes.com for two years and currently does freelance writing and radio.
